Hydro Flask Wave Wall update for the WSL 

As our partnership continued to grow with WSL, so did the need to improve our onsite presence. Due to limited marketing budgets and approval times we had to get creative in order to stay relevant at events. 

We had utilized a bottle wall in the past for trade show displays and decided to incorporate them into our tier-one activations. These walls serve to highlight our featured colors and create a backdrop for photo opportunities, to hold media appearances, and draw folks into the activation. Early on I pitched creating a breaking wave specific for WSL events, two years later it came to fruition and has been been a overwhelming success.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Promoted the idea to incorporate the wave shape to better fit our partnership with the WSL 

  • Briefed and coordinated the creative approvals needed to make it a reality

  • Ordered and managed the product needed to create the finished product

  • Worked with our EMEA team and Australian distributors to ensure the set made it through customs and arrived on time for future activations

  • Worked with WSL to ensure the wave wall was strategically placed for social media hits, athlete interviews, and overall visibility to grow Hydro Flask's onsite presence
