Activation Designs 

With events being activated across the world and in a variety of climates, we continually improved our event foot prints for durability, transportation, esthetics, and functionality. The program has grown in complexity over the years and our booths reflect this. Our planning and designing also went into product displays, imagery, and vehicle wraps among other projects.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Company wide collaboration with product, sales, PR, eCommerce, and marketing team to create an environment that highlights upcoming colors and products in line with greater brand initiatives

  • Relay this information to the creative team to begin the drafting process

  • Provide feedback to the creative teams on first round iterations in order to ensure overall functionality on site, durability, and the longevity of assets that would be repeatedly packed and shipped around the country for consumer facing events

  • Once approved, we worked with our production vendor on estimates for production and shipping costs

  • Creating diagrams for assembly by brand ambassadors or third party agencies

  • Continually gathering feedback from brand ambassadors, partners, other brands, and internal staff to make improvements as needed
